While the service was commendable, the room could benefit from improvements to ensure a consistent level of comfort throughout my stay.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were super friendly, really welcoming. We stayed with our two sons, and every morning started off perfectly. Plus, the hotel is centrally located, making visits to places like Burj Al Arab a breeze!
My wife says that it would be great to have more family-friendly activities available.

The location is prime, with the Burjuman shopping mall and metro stations just a short walk away, making it easy to explore. The restaurant, Purani Delhi, provides exceptional food, and the staff are genuinely caring, creating a home-like atmosphere.
Noise from a nearby club made it difficult to sleep even on the fourth floor.

great location but room comfort could improve
The hotel is conveniently located between two metro stations, making it easy to access downtown and old areas. The staff are exceptionally helpful, with Arun offering great suggestions for local attractions during our visit. We were upgraded to a spacious Premier room that had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. there are great dining options nearby, particularly for Indian cuisine.
While the room was spacious, the overall comfort level could have been better.
